Dario and his wife Federica offer a cousine based on an array of fish specialities as well as a wide selection of excellent meat dishes. In Summer you can enjoy a relaxed "al fresco" dining in the hearth of the pedestrian area.
Among the appetizers there are the Ligurian seafood salad, the octopus and potato salad and the anchovies marinated with lemon and extra-virgin oil flavoured with aromatic basil, while as first course you will find ravioli filled with herbs served with a white sea bass sauce, fresh green "taglierini" served with crab meat sauce, the traditional "corzetti" disc pasta served with walnut sauce, to continue with grilled fish flavoured with basil sauce, king prawns with orange sauce, Fisherman soup, terrine of octopus and cuttle-fish "in zemino" (a sauce with herbs) .
All desserts are home made from the traditional iced parfaits to the "sabayon cremino" served with warm pastry cream.
